This painting emerged from a psilocybin journey where the participant was guided to face the tangled knots of their inner world—grief, fear, and the confusion of not knowing the next step. In the center: their gut, cinched tight like a twisted cord of old survival. Around those knots, cobblestone paths appear—each one leading toward a potential, a possibility, a new chapter.
Tiny portals open along the edges. Each spiral, each cell, holds a memory of movement: a moment of risk, a dream retrieved, a truth spoken aloud. These are the micro-initiations that shape a life.
